Hey,

Anyone else having issues with their systems? I switched from Ronix ones about a year ago and on hard landings both on the kite and cable the straps bust open.... not on the ratchet side but on the side you set for sizing.

Anyways wanted to see if anyone has had this happen and figured out a solve besides switching back to a different boot option.

I've had this issue, good chance the ladder is stripped

i drilled straight through the strap and the ladder and zip tied it

problem is it won't release so easily if you catch an edge

You can get some Burton straps and cut them down to fit. They don't have the ladder so they work better. It's what I have done in the past to fix my bindings.

Posting here to start a new thread.

I was very happy with my first set of systems which was a 2015 Webb.

Then I tried to upgrade to a stiffer boot with the low backs and a 2016 Process.

My Webbs were size 9.5 and the Process was 9 which I thought would be alright but I found the Process unbearably uncomfortable. Two other people have tried this boot and have said the same thing.

So I'm selling and looking for a more comfortable boot, any suggestions?
