"TS KGB" would be a toeside backroll backside 360 so its a blind pete, not a pete rose.

Ahhh i think it wouldn't be. The trick that resembles a KGB rotation from toes is deffinetly a pete rose. Blind pete is the one that resembles the rotation of a backmobe but from toes.

in the original example he cites "ts roll to blind or kgb", meaning he probably meant toeside tricks with a backside rotation. I'd agree that a blind pete resembles a backmobe more than a kgb though.

Tom and Aaron both have Pete Roses starting at 2:28 in the DR vid.

talking of toeside tricks, is anyone hitting ts roll blind or kgb? Don't think I've ever seen footage of it behind a kite..

Anyone got any footage of it? Tweak you said you've seen it?

Blind pete is a toeside bankroll with a toeside backside 3. Take off and land toeside but the rotation looks a lot like a back mobe. Harley Clifford and Danny Harf do these all the time in most of their vids.

BTW, pretty sure a Pete Rose is only a pete rose with a grab. Haven't seen one in kiting yet...

I think your right Jelico, or at least it used to be like that, I think they got relaxed on that point now.

Yeah I have seen lots of people do it, a few Aussie dudes used to throw them, I've seen a fair few PKRA dudes do them, I have seen the UK guys do them. It's a fun trick and not overly hard if you have a nice kicker spot and the rotation clicks for you. If it doesn't click straight away, chances are you will be a crow mobe kind of guy haha.

Yea for me toe-side variations are some of my favorite tricks. Not too many people do them kiting as it tents to be harder to get pop from toe on flat water, but from kickers im sure all the wake variations are possible and more eventually...

Same, I find most the toe stuff I do/try more enjoyable than heels.

Tight vid, UK boys have on it with the video production. Anyone got the song credits?

James hit a pete rose: toeside back to blind or ts back fs 3

G-Spot: ts back to wrapped or ts back 1, not a mobe since there are only 180 degrees of spin, Dre hits a sick one in the Cabarete segment of Autofocus

Haven't seen a Blind Pete on a kite yet: ts back bs 3

The reason it is called Blind even if you don't land blind is because wakeboarders associated Blind with backside spin since heelside you had to do a bs to land blind. So when they started doing toeside they considered the spin blind instead of the landing. But Blind Pete and Flavor Flip: ts front bs 3, are the only two tricks this would even apply to (if they had followed logic and named it Blind Crow instead of Flavor Flip), so blind pete is a special case.

Anyone know what a hs front fs 1 is called?

And I've never fully understood what a hasslehoff is, could it be considered a switch mexican roll to blind?

Pretty much what I have said many a time to so many people it gets frustrating as shit haha.

HS front fs1 doesn't really have a name, maybe just a front to revert. A heelside S FS1 however is a Vulcan, and if you grab its a bee sting.

Hasselhoff is just a switch front flip to blind. People get confused and try to tell me it's a flip to blind with an airpass, which it is bt they dont understand it's only the name when in switch. Which I admit is fucking retarded. Kinda like how a switch Pete Rose is an X-mobe.

Blind pete isn't a special case, since you can also do a frontmobe, and a front blind mobe.

I think blind petes are a sick trick, but they feel crazy to try, especially from wrapped. You can get thrown into way more than what you were trying to do haha. But hey I got no footage of this so I guess it never happened :D ...

Whats even more confusing is trying to name rail tricks...if someone asked you to write down a trick list of a rail...what would you put??
