Are you guys building that thing out of all non pressure treated wood??

Expect that thing to last for about 2 seasons max.

Looks fun though.

The best way to build big shit is to build it in sections that fit together that away the shit isnt such a bitch t move.

yo i think they know what their doing. haha. they have been building for Wakestock for years now. which if ya dont know Is the biggest wake comp in the world with all the top pros shedding. chenzo has his shit dialed!

Wakestock isnt a long term setup tho, a kite slider is. And the water is gonna destroy that wood.

this isn't a kite slider though. this shit is for wakestock. might get some hits in on it though before or after the event if the wind shows up! but ya your right non treated wood wont last very long.

yeah its in 20' sections so it can be moved. cool thing is that its going in a spot that is totally kitable, so if we get wind for the week or two that its in the water, we should be able to get kite hits. good point about the pt, but again its only gonna be in the water for three weeks a year - if we used pt it woulda cost double. our biggest problem is that the water site can see some heavy chop if any big fronts roll through. we were gonna do em outta steel, but it got too expensive and required way more labour, and time which we didn't have. maybe Locals Only can hook you guys up with a plane ticket or somethin. LP and Smokey - we are planning to drop em in the water starting july 26, maybe earlier. word, thanks for the love guys
