Just shaped something for my self and figured I would do a 'la Planche' tribute!

I's a 5'8" X 19" quad/tri (5 fin option) rounded pin.. Wide point back/ full'ish nose.

Wadda ya think? 8)

Sick! What thickness?

Here's a 5-2 thruster my roomie and I shaped... dumpster diver tail with motivator nose and full rails for extra float. Paddles in early and feels super floaty and fast. Great for kiting too!

Disregard the American flag :wink:

Something a friend just finished for me. 5 fin box, squash tail, double stringer. It's pretty speccy actually. It's based it on a 5'8 Underground Kipuna stretched it to 5'10". It's got full rails, but the top deck is excaveted so it's really flat. Taking all the material out, so it didn't need a really heavy glass job, Andy put 2x 5.5mm carbon rods into the blank.

Just needs fins and grip (I hate wax). Any suggstions?

it is 19 1/4.... Actually surfed it the other day.... as a quad.... was surprised how easy it was to paddle into the Florida slop.... paddles in like a bigger board, rides like a smaller board... stoked!!!
