So let me get this straight...

you were on your way home from a Waiehu session, saw some new kites being ridden near the harbor, a very out of the way spot that nobody except a few locals hit up on special conditions, decided to pull over and bust out your camera and someone asks you nicely not to post them on a website, you disregard. Then you contact Naish and try to sell them your shots, they invite you in for a meeting and threaten you and steal your HD.

You state that your intention was to post them on your site? why would you pull over and take pictures of Naish riders (you ride for wainman right?) when you knew the kites weren't on the market yet and they were riding in a spot where nobody else was riding to try to get as much privacy as possible. and why did you contact Naish to sell the photos (they are shit by the way) when you knew they had already paid Tracy?

Sounds like you were looking for a pay day to me and I'm quite sure the words "well they are my pictures I can post them on my site if I want to" probably came out of your mouth at some point. So in the end, it comes down to dicks, pussies, and assholes. You are the asshole, so Naish had to bust it's dick out and fuck you before you got shit all over everything. but apparently your ass is so gaping that even a dick as big as Naish couldn't plug it so now you trickle this shit on us on your first post. If a kite company decides to test their proto kites in a public place they have to calculate with the risk of getting their new products online..
If you dont wanna get products online.. dont fly em in public..
At least put last years graphics on them if you need more feedback.... (a 2013 torch with 2012 graphics === 2012 torch)

Ergo.. Naish have nothing on this dude and are behaving like biatches trying to keep him from posting them.. If you want to keep new products hidden, hide them..

If you cant keep them hidden, give the photographer a reason to not post em..
